It's us, The Property Twins Team! Did you know we have a blog?! We'll be posting every week, so tune in to learn more about us, the Southern Alberta real estate market, what's going on in Lethbridge, home maintenance tips, decorating tips, our Grandma's best cookie recipe, and so much more.
We thought we'd start this week by introducing our team as we've recently grown to a team of 6!
First up we have the OG Property Twins, Whitney and Kirby Maronda. Kirby started off 2022 by getting her license, and has been on fire ever since! Whitney is in year 3 at Remax Real Estate Lethbridge, and ended 2022 as #1 Top Producing Agent at Remax Lethbridge for the second year in a row. With their extensive background with a combined 40 years in the home building industry, Whitney's Bachelor of Management Degree from the U of L, and Kirby's Interior Design diploma from the Lethbridge College, these two are the perfect pair to take care of all your real estate needs. These two are some of the most passionate people you will ever meet. They ALWAYS go above and beyond for their clients, genuinely getting to know them, always going the extra mile, and hold themselves to the highest standards. When they are not crushing their real estate goals and helping their clients, these gals love to be creative, shop, golf, travel, and spend time with their family.
Spring Merrill joined the team in January of 2022, the first Realtor addition to the Property Twins Team. Spring and Whitney worked together for Ashcroft Master Builder selling new homes for over 5 years, and loved working together so much they knew they needed to keep that ball rolling. Spring is passionate about helping people, and loves her role as a Realtor, and a guide to helping people navigate some of the biggest financial investments they'll ever make. She is a detail gal, and loves to go above and beyond for her clients. Spring and her wonderful husband, Chance, have two kids, 5 year old London, and almost 3 year old Cruz, and recently moved in to a 97 year old heritage home that they are spending all their "free time" transforming. Spring loves design, creating, cooking, traveling, trips to the mountains, and making memories with her family.
We just recently added a 4th Realtor to our team, and we are so excited!
Kyran Morris has joined our crew, and we think she's the perfect addition. Kyran became a licensed Realtor in 2021, and has loved every minute of it! She is a total hustler and always working to learn something new and better herself. She is extremely passionate and works SO hard for her clients. She was born and raised in a small town in Ontario, and moved to Alberta in 2014. Kyran just recently got engaged to her fiance, Easton, with plans to get married in 2024. She is a proud dog mom to her two "perfect little angels", Lily and Lucy. Kyran loves to spend time with her little family. She also loves fashion, hosting the holidays, trying out new restaurants around her community, and weekend getaways.
We've introduced our Realtors, and now we want to shine some light on the gals who work so hard behind the scenes to keep us on track and keep us looking good!
Mikaila Koehler has been with Whitney from the beginning when Whitney branched out on her own. Mikaila is our Marketing Coordinator Extraordinaire, and works all around the clock creating amazing content, promoting our client's homes, keeping us fresh and up to date on all our social media, and soooo much more. Mikaila has two beautiful boys, Tristan and Luca, and she hustles SO hard running them to all their sporting events, and being an awesome Mom. Mikaila has been in the real estate world for almost 17 years, first at a law firm for 15 years, and now with The Property Twins Team. She is determined, smart, creative, fun, hard working, and passionate about everything she does and we're so lucky to have her.
Last but certainly not least, we have our unlicensed assistant, do it all-er, Sandra Habetler. Sandra is another administration queen. She does all our paperwork, keeps EVERYTHING organized, coordinates with conveyancing to get everything where it needs to be, helps out with special projects, and works SO hard for our team. Sandra grew up up in Northern Alberta, met the love of her life, Rob, and moved to Lethbridge about 30 years ago. Sandra is a model Lethbridge citizen. If you say the name of someone in the Lethbridge area, Sandra knows them and has a good story about how she does. Sandra is a crafter. She's always creating something beautiful from bracelets, necklaces, wreaths, and more. She can make anything wow you. Sandra and her husband love music, their two cats Ebony & Ivory, their family, and spending time with ALL their friends from so many walks of life. She's professional, organized, always up for a party, has the biggest heart, and is so lovable. Once again, we couldn't do what we do without her, and we love having Sandra as part of our gang!
